Check 1: Check your App email matches your Mindbody Email


In the FS8 App,

  1. Tap your Profile picture > Settings > update Details > Contact details.
  2. Check your email address is the same email address connect to your Studio's Mindbody account. 

If the email is different, contact your studio asking which email they have on file. They may need to merge your accounts if they have multiple email addresses on file.
